AUTO SHIP
The Flint River Ranch Auto Ship plan is the best way to insure that you always have food on hand for your family pet. It should be structured to allow for UPS delivery time and arrival at least one week before needed. Also allow for weekends, holidays, weather and other possible reasons for delayed shipment.
Autoships are prepared the night before for early morning pickup. If the scheduled shipping date falls on Saturday, Sunday or Holiday, the autoship is scheduled for shipment the prior business day. Delivery schedule and product quantity can be easily changed, adjusted and/or cancelled. At lease 5 business days are required for cancellation or change. If autoship is canceled or refused on or after scheduled shipping date, customer is responsible for returned shipping and UPS charges.
THE AUTO SHIP PROGRAM
Auto Ship is a program that has been developed by Flint River Ranch for the convenience and benefit of you, the customer.
When you request the Auto Ship program, you specify the type, quantity, and frequency that your pet’s food is shipped, anywhere in the continental US. There is never an additional charge for the Auto Ship program.
With the Flint River Ranch Auto Ship program you and your pet never have to worry about running out of food again.
There is no charge for Auto Ship.
Your Auto Ship schedule can be changed, adjusted, or suspended at any time, as often as you like. To make a change in your Auto Ship simply call or fax a note to the office. It’s that simple.
Flint River Ranch will ship you any mix, quantity, or type of foods so it doesn’t matter if you have 1 or 100 dogs, 1 or 100 cats, or both. We can even stagger or vary the frequency of your deliveries so that everything doesn’t come on the same day.
